Healthy, Nutty Banana Split

Ingredients
2 tbs raw cacao powder
¼ cup water, plus extra if needed
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup
3 scoops of Coco Tribe Peanut Butter Ice Cream
1 large banana, halved lengthways
Fresh raspberries, pecans and edible flowers, to garnish
Method
Place 2 tbs raw cacao powder, ¼ cup water, 1 tsp coconut oil and 2 tsp maple syrup in a small saucepan and stir continuously over a low heat until smooth.Test drizzle consistency with a spoon. Add extra water if needed. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
Place 3 scoops of Coco Tribe Peanut Butter Ice Cream down the centre of a serving dish.
Place banana halves on either side. Garnish with raspberries, pecans and flowers.
Drizzle with cacao sauce.
