Impossible Pie

The impossible pie that is possibly the easiest pie to make.

Makes 4 pots


4 eggs

2 cups plant based milk

2 tsp vanilla essence

½ cup brown rice flour

1/3 cup raw honey

½ cup butter or ghee, melted


 Whisk all ingredients together and divide between 4 well-greased ramekins. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favourite Coco Tribe ice cream.
