Vanilla Ice Cream with Golden Mylk
- 1 x 270ml can coconut milk
- 1 tsp finely grated fresh turmeric (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to garnish
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
- 1 tub Coco Tribe Vanilla Ice Cream
Place the contents of a 270ml can of coconut milk, 1 tsp finely grated fresh turmeric, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp maple syrup and a pinch of cracked black pepper in a small saucepan. Gently simmer for 5-10 minutes to infuse flavours and until it thickens slightly. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Scoop Coco Tribe Vanilla Ice Cream into serving bowls and pour over warm golden mylk sauce. Garnish with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
