We are the tribe that connects through a simple, common ideal that we should prepare and share the tastiest, most nourishing food with our friends, our families and our communities. It matters that it tastes amazing. It matters that it is plant-based because it matters that it is good for our bodies.

Coco Tribe began with a dream in which dairy-free alternatives to our favourite dairy products are readily available and every member of every tribe can enjoy the taste and texture of real, creamy, luscious yoghurt and ice cream. In 2016 we set out to make this dream a reality, to create a product with all the tang, texture and richness of a traditional yoghurt and ice cream – without the additives or preservatives. Demand for a cultured coconut yoghurt and creamy coconut ice cream grew and Coco Tribe was born!
Our tribe is proudly family owned and operated, with a decade of experience in creating specialty treats for the local community and Australia’s leading chefs and restaurants. We use the highest quality organic coconut cream from Sri Lanka and Australia’s freshest seasonal produce to create coconut yoghurt and ice cream. From the ever-zesty Pine Lime to salty-sweet Salted Macadamia ice cream, our flavours play with nostalgia and universally loved combinations to create tasty plant-based products.
When we’re not churning luscious coconut cream, we’re in the kitchen creating recipes to nourish our families and friends. We simply do as much right as we can. Of course, we indulge too. Eating tasty things is one of the greatest gifts. We just try and keep the balance. Coco Tribe doesn’t skimp on flavour or fun. We celebrate the moments in life that bring us together, the ones shared with friends, families and our local communities.
Coco Tribe now offers eight ice cream flavours and six yoghurt flavours, sweetened with rice malt syrup and made from the finest coconut cream and plant-based ingredients. Meet Tedy
Tedy Altree-Williams is our founder, the coconut queen behind our organic, plant-based products. She grew up in a Lebanese family, where good food was more than a necessity – it was a lifestyle. Much of her childhood was spent around the family table with meals including tangy labneh, fresh bread and seasonal fruit and vegetables. In the search for an alternative to dairy-based products, she embarked on a journey to create the taste and texture of her traditional favourite dairy-based yoghurts and ice-cream. Our products are inspired by our founder Tedy, and her passion to prepare 100% plant-based foods with love and care, packed full of daily goodness for any tribe.
